INTENSE 7-DAYS COOKING WORKSHOPS
A unique offer for serious cooks and wine lovers :
Experience an intense 7- days program of Latin Food and Chilean Wine Pairing Classes, Wine seminars, culinary- related excursions, visits to 2 leading wineries, olive groves and olive oil tasting, traditional pastry shop and more; all this combined with sports-oriented activities such as rafting and bicycling. We offer an unforgettable close encounter with Chile’s traditions, its foods and wines, its people and majestic nature.
*All classes are conducted by Belgian-born, international Chef and cookbook author Ruth Van Waerebeek, a former Peter Kump’s/ICE instructor, owner of Mapuyampay and currently the corporate chef for Concha y Toro, Chile’s leading Winery.
*Classes are hands-on, conducted in English, for a maximum of 10 participants, in the spacious and professionally equipped kitchen of the Inn and Cooking School Mapuyampay, surrounded by organic herb and vegetable paths.
Students will be comfortably housed in the Inn.
